ORDER

These writ petitions have been filed directing the 4th respondent to install the Bi-directional meter in Petitioner's 1kw rooftop solar power plant or permit the petitioner to procure their own meter as per the guidelines/specifications of TNERC's 'Order No.3 of 2013 - Order on LT Connectivity and NetMetering, in regard to Tamil Nadu Solar Energy Policy 2012' dated 13.11.2013.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the meter has already been installed and as a result of the same, nothing survives in these writ petitions.

3.Accordingly, all these writ petitions are closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
