(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The parties are present before this Court.

The learned counsel for the parties would submit that the parties have amicably settled the dispute between themselves and the appellant has paid a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- in full quit and the same is acknowledged by the respondent also. A joint memorandum of compromise evidencing the arrangement has also been placed before us.

3. In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the joint memorandum of compromise and the joint memorandum of compromise will form part of the decree. In view of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in High Court of Judicature at Madras Represented by its Registrar General Vs. M.C.Subramaniam and others reported in (2021) 3 SCC 560, there will be a direction to re-fund the entire Court fee paid in this appeal by the appellant. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
