This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruvallur, for speedy disposal of the Copy Application filed the petitioner in C.A.(G) No.3500 of 2024 in O.S.No.46 of 2007.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit filed by the plaintiffs/respondents 1 to 3 in O.S.No.46 of 2007 seeking for partition and separate possession was dismissed on 27.03.2012. Thereafter, the petitioner/2nd defendant had filed a copy application in C.A.(G) No.4239 of 2024 on 20.09.2022 and since the date of the document was not mentioned in the copy application, it was returned on 08.03.2024 directing the petitioner to mention the date of the document. Since the time for re-presentation had lapsed, the petitioner had filed a second copy application in C.A.(G) No.3500 of 2024 on 19.07.2024 and since there was delay, the petitioner had sent a representation to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur District regarding the same, however, till date, the application has not been considered by the Court concerned. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed. 3 / 5

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is directing the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruvallur to consider the copy application filed by the petitioner in C.A.(G) No.3500 of 2024 in O.S.No.46 of 2007 and dispose the same as per law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. 03.02.2025 Index : Yes / No ham To : The Subordinate Court, Tiruvallur.
