Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to provide adequate Police Protection to the petitioner, regarding the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the cart track, namely diverge southwards from Ulipuram to Thammampatti main Road, and adjoining to Saraswathi Matriculation School Up to Odai, as per the Decree and Judgment passed by the District Munsif Court at Attur, Salem District in O.S.No.533 of 2004, dated 01.08.2005, based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2024.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner, regarding the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the cart track, namely diverge southwards from Ulipuram to Thammampatti main Road, and adjoining to Saraswathi Matriculation School Up to Odai, as per the Decree and Judgment passed by the District Munsif Court at Attur, 2/4

Salem District in O.S.No.533 of 2004, dated 01.08.2005, based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2024. 2.The police protection cannot be granted for any property. That apart, the petitioner had already obtained a decree. If at all any violation, the petitioner can easily approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief. Therefore, police protection as sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition cannot be granted by this Court.
