Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the 1 st and 2nd respondent to take physical possession of the secured asset i.e. the factory premises being the land in S.No.274/1 admeasuring 1 Acre and in S.No.274/2 admeasuring 0.91 Acre, totally 1.91 Acres together with Godown admeasuring 12500 Sq.ft. along with the office room of 2010 Sq.ft. in Alamathi Village Ponneri Taluk and hand over the same to the petitioner as per the direction dated 01.03.2021 in Ref.No.K.Dis.No.12959/2018/M2 made in the Sec. 14 SARFAESI Act petition filed by the petitioner herein with the assistance of the 3rd respondent police within a stipulated period as deemed fit and granted by this Hon'ble Court.
