This Petition has been filed to amend the sections 174(3)of Cr.P.C , 294(b), 323, 498(A), 306 of IPC and Section 4B(1) of W.H.Act instead of sections 174(3)of Cr.P.C altered to 498(A) and 306 of I.P.C in the above Crl. OP.No. 23570 of 2023 dated 02.11.2023 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.
