3.The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the order copy was made available on 26.11.2019 and this application was filed on 27.11.2019 and that the same is a reasonable time for the purposes of preparation. Consequently, he submitted that the delay is liable to be condoned.

4.The learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no serious objection to this application being allowed. 5.On consideration of the submissions and on examining the affidavit in support of this application, I am of the view that sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay.
