The Official Liquidator As The Liquidator Of v. Nil

Comp.A.No.462 of 2019 in C.P.No.230 of 2004 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J.

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 13.04.2023, the learned Official Liquidator received offers. However, he would submit that the value of the property is more than the aforesaid two offers.

2. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the learned Official Liquidator can postpone the sale for a period of 6 months and the EMD may be returned to the participant in the tender.

3. With the above, this application is closed and no further order is required in this application.
