O R D E R

In view of the fact that the respondent Bank has not properly responded to the rule nisi notice issued by this Court. This Court has granted adjournments for submission of their counter statement and reply to the affidavit and the same had not been done. Thus, the bailable warrant was issued and in compliance, the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Nelson Manickam Road Branch is present today.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the grievance of the writ petitioner in respect of crediting the amount in his account has been redressed. The relief sought for has been already granted by the respondent Bank themselves. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.

3. Hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition in WMP.No.20711 of 2017 is closed and WMP.No.30034 of 2018 is allowed.
