The above application has been moved for permitting the learned Official Liquidator (a) to take the report on record (b) to revalue the company's landed property in Maharashtra; (c) to examine the valuation report submitted by ITCOT/the approved valuer to fix the upset price for sale of movable and immovable assets in Kerala; (d) to approve the Sale notice and terms and conditions of sale (e) to publish the sale notice and (f) to meet out the expenses incurred in connection with revaluation of immovable assets and other incidental charges from and out of the Common Pool Fund account. 2.

In order to settle the creditors, the learned Official Liquidator seeks permission to revalue the Company's landed properties at Plot No.30, S.No.297, Hissa No.1,2A, 2B & S.No.304, Hissa No.1,2,3 at Ambervet, Taluka Mulshi, Pune District, Maharashtra and to fix the upset price for sale of movable and immovable assets at No.17-A, Penta Square, 2nd Floor, Kanayannur Taluk, Ernakulam District, Kerala, which was valued by ITCOT.
