O R D E R

Pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court, the respondent University by proceedings dated 12.12.2019 has kept the order of transfer in abeyance, until further orders. Thereby, the petitioner has been permitted to remain in the same station. A copy of the proceedings was also produced before this Court. 2.

In view of the above development, nothing survives to be decided in the present writ petition and the stand taken by the Agricultural University and the fact that the transfer order is kept in abeyance, until further orders, is hereby recorded and this writ petition is closed.
