It is seen from the records that the main company petition in C.P.No.201 of 1996 was already transferred to NCLT, Chennai by virtue of the order passed by this Court dated 13.08.2021.

2. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to transfer this application also to the NCLT, Chennai, for further orders, within a period of four weeks from today (10.03.2023).
