2. Pending investigation, the petitioner and the 2nd respondent entered into a compromise. However, they have not yet appeared before the 1st respondent police.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner and the 2nd respondent are directed to appear before the 1st respondent police. On receipt of the compromise entered between the petitioner and 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent police is directed to close the F.I.R.
