The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in Roc.No.511/2003 (A) dated 20.10.2005 issued by the 2nd respondent by quashing the same as the purpose of acquisition of the land and building is deteriorated from implementing the same for a long time and drop the proceedings initiated to acquire the lands in S.Nos. 424/2A2 423/2A3B and 432/ 2A2B2 and consequently directing the 6th respondent to change the revenue records form the name of National Highways Authority of India to the name of respective petitioners for the lands bearing S.Nos. 424/2A2 423/2A3B and 423/2A2B2 measuring about totally 468 square meters lands situated at Near Thoppur Canteen, Upparappatti Kattuvalavu, Vellar Village, Thoppur Post, Mettur Taluk, For Petitioners : M/s.G.K.Sekar For Respondents : Mr.U.Bharanidharan For RR1 to 8 Additional Government Pleader Mrs.S.R.Sumathy RR9 to 11
