WMP.No.18419/2017 in WP.No.15540/2017 R. SUBRAMANIAN, J., The petitioner seeks impleading of the proposed respondents as respondents 5 to 7 in the main writ petition.

2.From the allegations in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition and in the order of the Seamen's Employment Office, it is seen that the proposed parties are the employers of the petitioner and they are the necessary parties to the writ petition.

3.In view of the same, WMP.No.18419/2017 is allowed and respondents 5 to 7 in this Miscellaneous Petition are impleaded as respondents 5 to 7 in the main writ petition.

4.Registry is directed to issue notice to all the respondents including the newly added respondents 5 to 7 for the hearing on 26.09.2022. Private notice is also permitted.

5.Post the main writ petition on 26.09.2022.
