This petition is filed to condone the delay of 309 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Ms.R.Sreevidhya, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

3.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 309 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the 'High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai', within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court. It is also made clear that the petitioner is not entitled for any interest for the delay period.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve typed set of papers to the counsel for the 2nd respondent.
