This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 54 days in filing the present Revision against the order made in I.A.No.89 of 2015 in unnumbered A.S.No. of 2015 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Sankari.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that he has no objection in allowing the present petition.
4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, [especially at paragraph no.3] filed in support of the petition and taking note of the fact that there is no serious objection on the side of the respondent, the delay is condoned and present petition is ordered.
Registry is directed to number the Revision, if it is otherwise in order.
