This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21836 of 2024 by this Court vide order dated 06.09.2024.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in Spl.S.C.No.110 of 2024, pending on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Court, Cuddalore District. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 20.11.2024.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21836 of 2024 vide order dated 06.09.2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Court, Cuddalore District in connection with Spl.S.C.No.110 of 2024 on 20.11.2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
