2024-11-14Honourable Mr Justice Sunder Mohan4 pages

SUNDER MOHAN, J.

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in para No.8(i) of the judgment made in Crl.A.No.1102 of 2024 dated 06.11.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant would submit that though this Court had allowed the appeal and granted bail, the conditions imposed are onerous and hence, the petitioner/appellant is unable to comply with the condition and is therefore still languishing in jail.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant as well as learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner/appellant is unable to execute bonds as ordered by this Court vide its judgment dated 06.11.2024 made in Crl.A.No.1102 of 2024, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition.
