W.M.P.No.35021 of 2019 W.M.P.No.35021 of 2019 in W.P.No.2714 of 2017 K.RAVICHANDRABAABU.J., This writ miscellaneous petition is filed on 03.12.2019 seeking for extension of time granted by this Court for filing an appeal before the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, while disposing the writ petition filed in W.P.No.2714 of 2017 dated 02.06.2017.

2. It is seen that similar petition in W.M.P.No.21071 of 2017 was filed and the said petition was disposed of on 11.08.2017 by directing the Appellate Tribunal to exclude the period from 02.06.2017 to 14.06.2017, while computing the limitation for accepting the petitioner's appeal petition.

3. When such being the direction already given by this Court, it is not known as to how the present miscellaneous petition is filed again, for extending the time for filing appeal before the Tribunal, that too, after a period of nearly 2 years from the date of the earlier order passed on 11.08.2017. W.M.P.No.35021 of 2019 miscellaneous petition is vague and bereft of material details. Moreover, K.RAVICHANDRABAABU.J., mk the learned counsel for the petitioner is also not present before this Court. Hence, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the writ miscellaneous petition.
