A.No.6296 of 2023 in O.P.No.440 of 2022 N.SATHISH KUMAR. J., This application has been filed seeking to permit the applicant/petitioner to mark the photocopy of the legal heirship certificate of late Mrs.P.M.Saroja Amma as secondary evidence as mentioned in the list hereunder.

2. Considering the nature of averments and it is only in respect of filing additional documents, this Court is of the view that the documents will be received subject to the proof and relevancy. It is open to the respondent to raise objections as to the admissibility of the documents during the cross examination.

3. Accordingly, this Application is ordered.
