This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent/Police herein not to harass the petitioner at the instance of the accused person in Crime No.204 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents/police submits that the petitioner's wife committed suicide and that the petitioner was called for enquiry. Further, the petition mentioned complaint is no way connected with the petitioner and the petitioner was not called for any enquiry in respect of the case in Crime No.204 of 2024.
