Respondent PRAYER:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India prays to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondent to discharge the petitioner from all liabilities with respect to loan account of M/s.Kumar Polymers and consequently, direct the respondent Bank to return the original title deeds to the petitioner.
