These petitions are filed to amend the cause title.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has no objection in ordering these petitions.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the cause title is amended and the petitions are ordered as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the main writ petitions on 30.11.2023.
