This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Cuddalore, vide judgment dated 14.09.2022 passed in S.C.No377/2018 and enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement.

3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
