(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Seeking to condone the delay of 19 days in filing the appeal against the docket order dated 25.07.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Omalur in Crl.M.P.No.626 of 2020, the present petition has been filed.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

3. Since the delay has been explained to the satisfaction of this Court, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, delay of 19 days in filing the appeal is condoned and this petition is allowed.
