This Petition has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 4th respondent viz., as R.Vijaya, R.Mohana and R.Mageswari, respondents 5 to 7 in Second Appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the 5th and 6th respondents have no serious objection to allow this Miscellaneous petition. Despite notice served upon the 7th respondent and also her name being printed in the cause list, none appears on behalf of her.

2.In view of the above, this Application is allowed. The proposed respondents are brought on record as respondents 5 to 7 in S.A.No.125 of 2015.
