This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in paragraph 7(2) in modification order granted to the petitioner on 24.06.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.8728 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12151 of 2024 in Crime No.251 of 2024 that the petitioner shall report before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.

until further orders.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee on the 1st working day of December, 2024 and thereafter on the date to be fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
