O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation which is now pending at the stage of enquiry before the 2nd respondent based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 26.04.2022. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the 2nd respondent entertained the petition and ultimately, found that the case does not fall within the jurisdiction of the 2nd respondent. In view of the same, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint will be transferred to the Avalur Police Station, Ranipet District and the enquiry will be conducted in accordance with law.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Inspector of Police, Avalur Police Station, Ranipet District is suo motu added as the 4th respondent in this petition and there shall be a direction to the 2nd 2/4

respondent to transfer the complaint to the file of the 4th respondent and the 4th respondent shall call the parties for an enquiry and deal with the complaint in accordance with law.
