This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22669 of 2024 on 18.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the NDPS Court, Salem, on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition No.6(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22669 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trail court on the 2nd working day of December 2024 and thereafter on the date to be fixed by the learned concerned Judge.
