Heard Ms. R.Pooja, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. U.Baranidharan, Learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the First Respondent and Mr. C.Harsharaj, Learned Counsel, who takes notice for the Second to Fourth Respondents, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The grievance ventilated by the Petitioner is that he had made a representation dated 22.11.2023 to the First to Fourth Respondents to provide him with a clear copy of the notice which was served on him on 21.11.2023 by the Third Respondent, but as it did not evoke any response, it has necessitated the filing of this Writ Petition.

3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has acknowledged receipt of clear copy of the said notice dated 15.11.2023 from the Third Respondent and he has made 2/4

an endorsement today to that effect in the court record. 4.

In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.
