This petition has been filed to extend the time in Crl.M.P.No.10852 of 2023 dated 02.08.2023 to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10100 of 2023, dated 04.05.2023.

Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the petition for extension of time, the petitioner is granted two weeks time from today to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10100 of 2023 and Crl.M.P.No.10852 of 2023 by order dated 04.05.2023 and 02.08.2023 respectively.
