This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30a.m., and 5.30p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.23015 of 2023 dated 17.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., for filing of the final report and thereafter, weekly once till framing of the charge sheet before the trial Court and thereafter, as directed by the trial Court.
