C.M.P.Nos.983, 984 and 987 of 2023 in S.A.No.984 of 2011 P.T.ASHA, J, These petitions have been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 147 days to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased 3rd respondent, A.Ranganathan ; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased 3rd respondent; and to bring on record the respondents 12 to 14 as the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd respondent and rank them as respondents 12 to 14 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard both sides. Mr.K.Goviganesan, learned counsel, who has entered appearance on behalf of the proposed respondents, on instructions, would submit that he has no objection for these petitions being ordered.

Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are allowed.
