ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the statutory Appeal dated 08.11.2024, filed by the petitioner.

2.Considering the fact that the petitioner has already filed revision to the DRO, this Writ Petition is not maintainable. It is needless to state that the DRO shall pass order after holding enquiry and issuing summons to the parties including the petitioner and pass orders within a period of three months.
