C.M.P.Nos.1012, 1028 and 1009 of 2023 in S.A.No.1520 of 2011 P.T.ASHA, J, These petitions have been filed by the petitioners to condone the delay of 147 days to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased sole respondent, A.Ranganathan ; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent; and to bring on record the respondents 2 to 4 as the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent and rank them as respondents 2 to 4 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard both sides. Mr.K.Goviganesan, learned counsel, who has entered appearance on behalf of the proposed respondents, on instructions, would submit that he has no objection for these petitions being ordered.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are allowed.
