This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to take further action on the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 21.11.2019 in C.S.R.No.710 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
