This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.00a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.15222 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12845 of 2023 dated 22.09.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice ie., on any working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
