The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Registry to serve the petitioner the copies of the entire proceedings culminating in the transfer of the case in Special SC No.3 of 2022 from the file of the Principal District Court, Villupuram to the file of the Principal District Court, Vellore.

2. This Court has impleaded the Registrar-General of High Court of Madras as the fourth respondent vide its order passed in Crl.MP Nos.19169, 19171 and 19172 of 2023 in Suo Motu Crl.RC No.1419 of 2023 dated 05.12.2023. The Registry shall serve notice of this application i.e., Crl.MP No.19168 of 2023 to the Registrar-General of High Court of Madras and the case is adjourned to 12.12.2023 at 02.15 P.M., for his response.
