(Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.) After some arguments, Mr.J.Agni Selvaraju, learned counsel for writ petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned writ
petition but made a plea to preserve all the rights and contentions including the rights and contentions raised in the captioned writ petition to be raised either in an appeal under Section 10 or in a revision under Section 10-A(1)(a) of 'the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 (Tamil Ndu Act III of 1905)' [hereinafter 'said 1905 Act' for the sake of brevity and convenience] if so advised and if so desired.

3. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn/closed albeit preserving all the rights and
contentions of the writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner. Consequently, captioned WMP is also disposed of as withdrawn/closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
