This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.287 of 2019.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the second respondent has conducted the investigation in Crime No. 287 of 2019 and a final report has been filed as 'Further Action Dropped' stating that the complaint was 'Civil in Nature'. The learned counsel for the third respondent has also confirmed the said fact.
3.In view of the same, the above prayer in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
