Prayer:
Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to conduct counselling for admission for the first year Medical Courses 2004-2005 after rectifying the mistakes in the key answers occurred in Tamil Nadu Professional Courses Entrance Examination 2004 on the basis of public evaluation of the same by Expert Committee.

C O M M O N O R D E R The prayer in these writ petitions is as follows: To issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to conduct counselling for admission for the first year Medical Courses 2004-2005 after rectifying the mistakes in the key answers occurred in Tamil Nadu Professional Courses Entrance Examination 2004 on the basis of public evaluation of the same by Expert Committee.
2. Considering the fact that the counselling in which the petitioners sought for admission has already been conducted in the year 2004-2005 itself, I do not find anything survives in these writ petitions to be adjudicated upon further. Accordingly, all these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
