SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J rna action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court where the defendant entered into an agreement to sell manufactured goods to the plaintiff. It is stated that the purchase orders were issued by the plaintiff in Chennai and that the goods were supplied to the plaintiff at Chennai.

2. Upon examining the draft plaint and the affidavit in support of this application, it appears that at least a part of the cause of action arose in Chennai. Therefore, this application is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the respondent before this Court.
