O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.22381 of 2021 dated 21.10.2021.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.184/A4/2023 dated 18.05.2023, the 2nd respondent has passed appropriate orders and the orders passed in W.P.No.22381 of 2021 dated 21.10.2021 has been complied with.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.22381 of 2021 on 21.10.2021 has been complied with vide proceedings No.184/A4/2023 dated 16.05.2023 by the District Registrar, Ariyalure, nothing survives for adjudication and the present Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to challenge the same.
