This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 21.09.2022 passed by this Court in

Crl.O.P.No.22765 of 2022, thereby directing the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.295 of 2022 and file a final report within a period of four weeks.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the as directed by this Court, the respondent completed investigation and filed final report in Spl.S.C.No.11 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court for SC/ST Act cases, Cuddalore. 3.
