ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 28.07.2022 made in W.P.No.17260 of 2018.
2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Chandrasekaran, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that, as against the said order intra-court appeal has been filed in W.A.No.18 of 2023, where a Division Bench of this Court by an order dated 09.01.2023 has granted an interim order of stay of further proceedings pursuant to the order dated 28.07.2022 passed in W.P.No.17260 of 2018 and a copy of the same has been produced before this Court.
3. In view of the said order, the operation of the writ Court order 2/4
has been stayed, therefore, this contempt petition cannot be persuaded further at this stage, hence, it is closed.
