measuring an extent of 1 Hectare 16.5 Ares i.e. 2 Acres 88 Cents which was classified as Anadeenam and Survey No.177/21 measuring to an extent of 10.5 Ares i.e. 26 Cents which was classified as Cart Track situated at Eguvarpalayam Revenue Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Thriuvallur District based on the written representation of the petitioner dated 9.9.2023.

ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.V.Ramana Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the authorities would measure the subject writ lands after issuing notice to the concerned parties and after measurement if any encroachment is found, then action in accordance with law would be undertaken.

3. In the light of the said statement made by learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
