2. This Court, under order dated 27.01.2020, granted leave to the convict Nawab Khan S/o.Abdul Rahman, Convict No.10663, for a period of three days i.e. 08.02.2020 to 10.02.2020 and directed to take him back to prison on 10.02.2020 at 05.00 p.m.

3. Today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the convict was taken back to prison on expiry of leave granted to him. The said submission is recorded.
