The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 328 and 279 of IPC in Crime No. 337 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The respondent found a car Mahindra XUV-500 with registration 21 BA 1830 which met with an accident, they found 440 kgs of banned tobacco products inside the vehicle.

3. In view of that fact, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Petition stands dismissed.
