The learned counsel for the D1, D10 and D11 are represented by their counsel. This application has been filed for effecting substituted service of Court notice at the last known address by way of paper publication for effecting service on D2 to D9 and D12, who are the respondent Nos.2 to 9 and 12 in the above applications in A.No.9250 of 2019. A.No.9250 of 2019 has been filed to direct the D10 and D11/respondents herein to furnish security for the suit claim of Rs.1,82,66,218/-. 2.Considering the fact that the relief sought for in A.No.9250 of 2019 is sought for only respondent Nos.10 and 11/defendants who are represented by this Court, there is no point in allowing this application for substituted service of notice through Paper Publication.
